Ma–Beti Pickles

At Ma–Beti Pickles, each jar is handcrafted in small batches using traditional heirloom recipes. As we work with perishable, ready-to-eat food products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.
Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
This ensures product integrity, food safety, and quality assurance for every customer.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are here to help.
Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with:
• Clear photographs of the outer packaging
• Clear photographs of the product
• An unboxing video (recommended)
• Your order number

Upon verification, we will offer either:
• A replacement (subject to availability), or
• A refund to your original payment method, or
• Store credit

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible.


Natural Oil Separation

Our pickles are prepared using traditional methods and cold-pressed oils. Slight oil traces under the lid may occur during transit due to temperature variations and are considered natural.
Significant leakage or breakage will, of course, be reviewed.


Taste & Batch Variation

As a small-batch artisanal brand, minor variations in spice level, texture, or aroma are part of the authenticity of our recipes. Refunds are not issued based on taste preference.
