Inspired by Maharashtra’s beloved thecha, this pickle is my mother’s original creation. Fiery green chillies, garlic, and fresh coriander are blended with slow-cooked mutton to create a bold fusion of chutney heat and pickle depth—rustic, punchy, and unmistakably Maharashtrian.
